Statement about the current cyber-attack on NHS services
You may be aware that a number of NHS hospitals and GP practices’ services have been disrupted by a cyber-attack on their computer systems.
We take the threat very seriously and we are monitoring our own IT systems very closely, and will keep you informed if any of our services are affected.
We would like to reassure patients that their personal details are not at risk.
Health and Happiness
Our team are dedicated to your continued good health and approach your care with professionalism, discretion and friendliness. You can count on a warm welcome from everyone involved here at the practice.
Have Your Say
We are always looking to improve our services so that you have better access to care. We welcome your input during our patient participation groups which is a virtual group.
Please be aware that current guidelines state all patients should have a named GP. Your named GP is Dr Shirani. You do not have to see this GP if you do not wish and you are still free to see any GP you like.
Our Receptionists will help you make the best use of the services whether calling by telephone or visiting the Surgery. Please remember that they have a difficult job to do and are working under protocols laid down by the Doctors and the Practice Manager. When telephoning to make an appointment the receptionist may ask for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries so that they can help you in the most appropriate way.
