Have Your Say
We are always looking to improve our services so that you have better access to care. We welcome your input during our patient participation groups which is a virtual group.
Please be aware that current guidelines state all patients should have a named GP. Your named GP is either Dr Toms-Whittle or Dr Emezie. You do not have to see this GP if you do not wish and you are still free to see any GP you like.
Change of Computer System - UPDATE 11/01/2018
The Practice is changing computer system from System One to EMIS Web. This was originally going to take place on Tuesday 16th January. This was now take place on Thursday 1st February 2018.
Please be aware that System online will be switched off on Thursday 25th January 2018. Please therefore order your medication in writing by completing a medication request at reception or via email to Sheppey.email@example.com
We can assure you that this will not affect your care in anyway and the Practice will be open as normal.
We respectfully request your patience and assistance during this time.
Our Receptionists will help you make the best use of the services whether calling by telephone or visiting the Surgery. Please remember that they have a difficult job to do and are working under protocols laid down by the Doctors and the Practice Manager. When telephoning to make an appointment the receptionist may ask for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries so that they can help you in the most appropriate way.
